The role involves leading and engaging in conversations with a quiet teenager whose interests include music, musical theatre, TV shows like Young Royals and Heartstopper. The role may also include activities such as swimming, gym sessions, aqua fit, and socialising over coffee and chats. Going to the cinema could also be part of the activities.
