**Bank self-employed personal assistant / Carer Required in Congleton, CW12**




* Bank self-employed personal assistant / Carer Required in Congleton, CW12
* This is a bank position for a self-employed pa and will consist of 1 hour per month -
* the odd extra hour could potentially be available here and there if the client ever needed them, however its best to assume itll always be just 1 hour a month to avoid disappointment.








**Please Note - A drivers licence is essential due to the nature of the role.**




* We are looking for a personal assistant / carer to support a young adult in Congle-ton. This young adult is autistic & has depression and anxiety & requires support as and when needed.
* This young adult likes fictional media (video games, films and tv series), favourite genres include Sci Fi, Fantasy, Comedies and Crime Dramas. A PA that shares sim-ilar interests would be beneficial, but not essential.








**Hours & Pay Rate:**


* Happy to pay £14 an hour
* This is a bank position and will consist of 1 hour per month








**Potential duties could include:**




* Prompting to take medication & ordering prescriptions
* Prompting to wash, brush teeth - general prompting for personal hygiene.
* Support with shopping
* Support with cleaning, tidying & general household duties such as changing light bulbs, taking measurements etc.
* Support with DIY as and when required - Such as helping put furniture together.
* Support with dealing with paperwork and post.
* Will need occasional help to take him to appointments which may be out of town so PA must be comfortable to drive out of town, possibly in busy places.
* Occasionally assisting to drive out of town for shopping trips to shopping centres etc - PA must be able to help this young adult find his way around unfamiliar locations.
* The main duties identified in the job description are examples of the expectations required; there may be occasions where you are reasonably requested to provide additional activities to be undertaken inside or outside of the home.









**Personal Assistant Specification:**


* My assistant must hold a full UK drivers licence for this role.
* My assistant must be easy going and laid back.

* My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity.
* My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition.
* You must be able to work well independently.






**Supervision:**


* My personal assistant is accountable to the client in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests.
