About The Role

A personal care assistant is required to support a young man living in the Beeston area with day-to-day tasks, enabling him to live independently and confidently at home and in the community. This is a part-time role offering consistent hours and a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact in someones life.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with household duties including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal preparation

Supporting with grocery shopping and attending appointments

Providing practical support while promoting independence

Adapting to varying daily routines and needs as required

Candidate Requirements

A reliable and trustworthy individual with a flexible approach to work

Ability to adapt to different situations and respond calmly under pressure

A friendly, approachable manner with a good sense of humour

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential

Desirable Experience

Previous experience in a care or support role is an advantage, but not essential

Understanding of personal boundaries and confidentiality in a care setting
