Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide grooming and bathing assistance.
• Maintain hygiene with toileting and nail care.
• Facilitate range of motion exercises.
• Assist with oral feeding and medication management.
• Check vital signs and manage home tasks.

Qualifications for HHA/PCA:

• Minimum one year work experience
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board
  
  

Job Responsibilities for HHA/PCA:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
