Personal Assistants to Provide Social Care Support for a Physically Disabled Man

A team of Personal Assistants is required to provide social care support for a physically disabled individual in his late 20s, living in the Newton Aycliffe area.

This individual has a master's degree in music and has a huge passion for all things music, including leading and performing in his own band, writing music, and being active in the North East live music scene. He is an extremely outgoing individual who enjoys going to the cinema, exploring new places, and attending music concerts and festivals. The potential for adventure with this individual is limitless, making it a rewarding experience for both him and his Personal Assistants.

Various roles and hours will be available and discussed during the interview. Duties involve supporting and joining the individual on his adventures and assisting with personal care as needed. The successful applicants must have a full driving license and be able to drive a manual wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Experience and training are not essential, as training will be provided as progression is made within the role.

A DBS check may be required, and the cost will be met by the employer.
