Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable, good communicator who shows dignity and respect towards others to become a personal assistant (PA) for our 15-year-old son with an autism diagnosis. The PA will support him in activities like walking, being out in nature, trains, visiting coffee shops, and playing with Lego, aiming to help him gain independence.

The role involves supporting him for 5 hours per week, which can be on weekdays after 3:30 pm or weekends, with additional hours during school holidays. Driving license preferred. The pay rate is £12.40 per hour, with full induction and training provided. An enhanced DBS check will be conducted through Leeds City Council prior to starting.
