Role Description:

  • Act as a companion, engaging in activities and conversations
  • Drive to and from activities
  • Initially work alongside a parent, transitioning to independent work
  • Follow the client's lead and be adaptable to their needs

Client's Interests:

  • Creating handmade dragon puppets, animal masks, and designing bracelets
  • Playing Roblox
  • Baking
  • Watching YouTube videos
  • Listening to music
  • Interior design

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Personal experience and understanding of Autism
  • Fun, confident, and with a good sense of humour
  • Patient and empathetic
  • Calm and easy-going
  • Flexible and able to adapt to last-minute changes
  • Full, clean UK driving license and own car (essential)

Desirable Characteristics:

  • Lived experience of being neurodivergent
  • Enjoys gaming and familiar with Roblox

Additional Information:
