The Opportunity

We are looking for a PA to join our Business Support team. The role is based in our office in London, Mayfair. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be in the office 5 days a week.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will primarily support a senior member of our Management Committee, handling diary management, travel arrangements, expenses, and administrative tasks. They will also assist with office administration and support colleagues as needed. Over time, there may be opportunities to support additional senior leaders in London as our presence expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and efficient PA support to executive colleagues, including diary management, travel booking, expenses, and administrative assistance.
  • Assist with business management tasks such as greeting visitors, replenishing catering supplies, accepting deliveries, and restocking stationery.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within Financial Services or a similar professional environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to contribute to the smooth running of the Mayfair office beyond core PA duties.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and escalate tasks appropriately.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively with the PA and Business Support team to ensure seamless support for stakeholders.
