Job Title: Personal Assistant (UHNWI) - Russian Fluency Highly Desirable
Job Type: Permanent (on site)
Location: London
Salary: £80,000-£85,000/year

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to join a prestigious private office supporting an Ultra High Net Worth Individual. The ideal candidate is a Russian speaker and possesses a dynamic, discreet, and solution-driven approach to managing a diverse range of responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to support a high-profile private office in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing emails
  • Managing the diary
  • Preparing, scanning, filing, and archiving documents
  • Arranging travel
  • Organising meetings (both online and in-person)
  • Coordinating with contractors
  • Handling various types of inventories (art, medical, etc.)
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with other day-to-day tasks as needed

Required Skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Fluency in Russian is highly preferred
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours when necessary
  • Ability to follow instructions and protocols precisely
