Description of Job

Position: Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team (2 days a week, open to discussion)

Salary: £24,500 to £26,500 annually (negotiable based on experience)

Reports To: Head of Operations

Location: York, UK

Job Summary

Fusion exists to give students hope in Jesus and a home in the local church during their university years. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student mission, proactive, an excellent communicator, and detail-oriented. Experience in an office environment, administrative duties, and supporting leaders is essential. Flexibility, confidentiality, and a positive attitude are required, along with coaching support from the EA to the National Team Leader.

Ministry Partnership Development is key; the successful candidate will cover 50% of their salary through a team of financial partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support: Provide support to the SLT, manage diaries, correspondence, meetings, travel, expenses, and monitor project deadlines.
  2. Communication: Promote Fusion's vision, maintain confidentiality, prepare minutes, and liaise with stakeholders.
  3. Ministry Partnership Development: Grow and maintain a team of financial partners, communicate updates, and invite new partners.

This role requires the post holder to be a committed active Christian, in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
