eMed is seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to keep diaries, meetings and travel running smoothly from its London office.
This office-based role is Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm in Euston, London, with responsibilities including diary management, travel coordination, meeting support and general administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented and discreet, with 1–3+ years PA/EA experience.
eMed is a digital health company focused on GLP 1 weight management and chronic care, operating in the UK and US and expanding globally. Alongside its core platform, eMed supports the SheMed and HeMed sub brands. The UK business is scaling its B2B channel, partnering with employers, brokers, and insurers to bring GLP 1 and chronic care programmes to their populations.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and reliable Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to provide day‑to‑day support and keep the MD’s schedule, meetings and travel running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be confident in managing a busy diary, organising meetings and arranging domestic and international travel. They should be proactive, detail‑focused and able to anticipate what the MD needs.
Diary management, meeting coordination and travel are key parts of this role, so strong experience in these areas is essential.
