A leading educational institution seeks an Administrative Support Coordinator to assist the Executive Director and Director of Development. This role involves managing diaries and administrative tasks while collaborating closely with the Foundation office team. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of development and fundraising in education, perfect for those looking to progress in this area.
You will provide full support to the Executive Director and the Director of Development by managing diaries, maintaining administrative systems, and handling filing, along with general secretarial and administrative duties. However, your responsibilities will extend beyond administrative support. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Foundation office team and the extended Latymer community. This position offers an in-depth understanding of development and fundraising in education, enabling you to develop skills necessary for progression in this field.
Salary: Annual salary of circa £40,000 depending on experience.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
