  • Carry out inbox management for the CFO
  • Arrange occasional travel for the CFO and Director of Finance, providing itineraries for more complex trips
  • Process expenses for the CFO on time and with correct receipts. Code invoices in SAP
  • Approve and capture all direct reports’ holidays and input into Outlook diary
  • Plan and coordinate team events and social activities
  • Be the key point of contact internally and externally when the CFO is unavailable
  • Coordination of monthly accounts reviews and annual forecast and budget meetings
  • Take on additional departmental duties or responsibilities as required

What you’ll bring

  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience working as a Personal or Executive Assistant at a senior level.
  • Competent at using MS Teams and Outlook to set up virtual meetings and work groups.
  • Strong organisational, attention-to-detail and communication skills.

Application instructions

Please apply with your CV and cover letter outlining why you are the right candidate for the role by 11:59pm on Monday 18th August.

Please ensure you include a cover letter, as it is a crucial part of our assessment process. The cover letter offers an opportunity to show how your experience and interests align with the role requirements. Typically, we expect the cover letter to be no more than one or two pages in length.

Circa £45,000 dependent on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits.

While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect that you will work from our office in London three days per week.
