Job description

We are on the hunt for a cracking Personal Assistant to support the Senior Management Team of a dynamic property management company, in a role that offers a brilliant opportunity to develop and grow in the job.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal. They must be capable of representing the business with professional polish and a positive attitude.

They are seeking an organised individual who is a natural team player but also thrives on working independently, prioritising and managing a diverse workload. Previous receptionist experience and strong administration skills are a must, along with a friendly, approachable manner.

The successful candidate must be comfortable with Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Office based - Oxford Circus area

Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday (ability to work flexible hours )

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Complex scheduling and calendar management
  • Provide administrative support i.e. typing, dictation, spreadsheet & meeting packs / scanning, distributing, and accepting post/packages
  • First point of contact for guests & visitors
  • Organising refreshments for guests
  • Maintaining meeting rooms
  • Handling internal & external phone calls and emails
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Reserving and preparing meeting rooms
  • Handling confidential documents
  • Assist with office events, birthdays, drinks etc
  • Keeping basic office supplies stocked
  • Liaising with building management (reception team, facilities, contractors)
