Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership Team

We are currently looking for a proactive, highly motivated individual with excellent IT skills, particularly in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to the senior management team.

We are looking for an excellent communicator who has outstanding organisational skills, able to use their own initiative, work well under pressure, able to manage workload on a daily basis and prioritise tasks.

You will need to provide high quality administrative and support services, and be able to function in a service area that requires flexibility, adaptability and commitment

Open only to applicants employed by Hampshire & Isle of Wight NHS system, which is limited to: Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Healthcare FT, Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, University Hospital Southampton FT, South Central Ambulance Service or Hampshire Hospitals FT.

Main duties of the job

To support the Senior Leadership Team within the Service in all aspects of business management activity, relating to functions and responsibilities, including the development and management of a comprehensive and efficient Personal Assistant support service. To provide line management of band 3 administrative staff.
