Job Title:Personal Assistant to Managing Director

We are looking for a personable and professional PA to support our Managing Director. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business and have a role that is at the heart of what we do.

About the role:

As PA you will provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Managing Director, whilst overseeing the smooth running of administration and reception at our modern Head Office, based in Ringwood.

You will liaise with internal and external contacts at the highest levels and will be responsible for organising meetings and travel arrangements for the MD. As a growing business there are several key projects and you will ensure that any key decisions are acted upon timely and escalated as needed.

Due to the Company structure, there are several board meetings which require the collation of board packs, as well as ad hoc reporting. As PA you will ensure that these are completed to the highest level and on time, distributing them to the relevant Board Directors and the CEM Leadership team (as required). Where needed you will take minutes of meetings, and will ensure that these are accurate and distributed.

We provide high levels of service to our existing Owners, their families and future Customers. As PA you will ensure that all correspondence received via email, post or telephone for the MD is acted upon professionally and timely.

You will ensure that the Administrator and Receptionist are supported, providing support during peak periods and cover during days of absence. Including managing two-line reports and ensuring they and their departments are supported.

About you:

You will have be proactive and adaptable Personal Assistant who will thrives in a fast-paced, growth orientated and ambitious business. You will have proven ability of supporting a Managing Director, Senior Director or Executive previously and understand the need for confidentiality at all times.

You will have excellent problem solving skills, be highly organised with a structured and timely approach to your work. You will also be able to work outside of your routine, think on your feet and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities.

The ability to anticipate requirements ahead of time will be a skill you are proud of, along with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be happy working one on one with the MD but at the same time enjoy being part of the wider team.

It is important that you have excellentIT skills including all Microsoft packages and the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings.
