Personal Assistant to Global Supply Chain Leadership Team

Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:

Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment as a Personal Assistant supporting four members of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in high-impact projects while managing essential day-to-day administrative functions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
  1. Diary Management: Proactively manage calendars to ensure accessibility and alignment with daily objectives.
  2. Travel Coordination: Organise travel arrangements, offering practical and policy-compliant solutions.
  3. Event Support: Assist in planning and executing local and global events, including logistics and materials.
  4. Administrative Support: Handle expenses, invoices, holiday tracking, post, emails, stationery, and filing.
  5. Presentation & Report Preparation: Support the creation of high-quality presentations and reports.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the PA community and support the GSC Director’s EA when needed.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements within the Global Supply Chain team.
