A leading healthcare institution in Bath is seeking a Personal Assistant for Family & Specialist Services. The role involves providing a high-quality administrative service to senior management, managing complex diaries, and ensuring communication across departments. The Family & Specialist Services Divisional Leadership Team are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a 6-month internal secondment to the role of Personal Assistant for Family & Specialist Services. The post holder will ensure that necessary systems are in place to provide a responsive and efficient administrative, personal assistant and secretarial service to the senior Family and Specialist Services Divisional management team using their reason, intellect and judgement to manage own workload, make decisions and proactively deal with issues without reference to others. It is essential that the post holder undertakes the extensive duties with flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm and operates as an integral part of the Management team.
