Job description

We are looking for an experienced and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director of a small, family-run property company located in North West London. This diverse role encompasses both business and personal/charity-related tasks, requiring strong administrative, communication and multitasking abilities.

This position offers parking, generous holidays and an early finish on Fridays. Please note that this is a fully office based role, located in North West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing day-to-day support to the Managing Director for both business and personal matters.
  • Managing and monitoring emails, responding and forwarding as necessary.
  • Handling phone calls and liaising with internal and external contacts.
  • Typing reports and preparing correspondence.
  • Organising international and UK travel, including flights, hotels and transport.
  • Managing payments, including bank and credit card transactions.
  • Coordinating IT, phone and building maintenance issues.
  • Personal PA duties for Director.
  • Providing cover for other PAs when required.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • 5 years+ PA experience.
  • Proficiency in Outlook (email, calendar, contacts), Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
