You will manage diaries, travel, and other administrative tasks in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting senior managers and possess exceptional organisational skills. Are you an experienced PA ready to take on a dynamic and varied role supporting a senior leader? At Air Charter Service, our COO leads multiple back‑office departments, and we’re looking for a proactive, organised, and adaptable Personal Assistant to support them for on a 12 month fixed term contract!

Job Description
  • Managing diary, emails, travel, and expenses for the COO (and supporting the Group IT Director’s diary when needed)
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes with precision
  • Handling confidential info with absolute discretion
  • Overseeing the travel management system (Egencia) and ensuring travel policy compliance
  • Leading ownership of global ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 21007) — organising audits, meetings, and environmental target setting
  • Managing the company SOP library and assisting with document reviews and updates
  • Supporting Business Continuity Planning activities
  • Creating onboarding schedules for new team members reporting to the COO
  • Collating director reports, organising holiday cover, and assisting with various back‑office projects
Qualifications
  • Proven experience supporting a senior manager or director is essential
  • Strong skills in spreadsheets, Microsoft Teams, and diary management
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Quick problem‑solving skills with a can‑do attitude
  • Friendly, approachable, resilient, and adaptable personality
  • Confident working with senior leaders and other PAs
  • Willingness to work occasional out‑of‑hours as needed
