Job Title: Personal Assistant to CFO & CIO
Location: Peterborough (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Package includes: Salary from £43,000, plus a benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and reward your impact, including discretionary performance related bonus and a matched pension contribution of up to 10%
Are you a PA with experience of working with c-suite senior stakeholders? Do you enjoy managing diaries, organising and supporting leaders in a professional manner? Do you have the ability to communicate with a variety of people from all levels, managing expectations and priorities?
If so we have an opportunity for you to join our team here at AB Agri as a Personal Assistant to our CFO and CIO. This role requires resourceful professionalism with advanced organizational ability, plus proficient interpersonal and communication skills. You will be handling sensitive information, so confidentiality is extremely important in this role, as well as ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
What You'll Be Doing
- Administrative Support - Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, prioritise tasks, and act as a gatekeeper to senior leaders’ time. Provide high-level administrative support to CFO & CIO including agenda preparation, minute-taking, recognition programme administration, and occasional cover for the CEO’s office.
- Travel & Logistics - Organise domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation, transport, and itineraries. Handle travel expenses and credit card processes in coordination with Finance.
- Project Management - Assist with ad hoc projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables achieved; compiling information and drafting presentations.
- Liaison & Communication - Maintain stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and manage confidential information with discretion.
- Event & Meeting Coordination - Coordinate events and conferences, ensuring logistics, technology, and materials are in place and run smoothly.
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience as a PA supporting senior leaders
- Demonstrated literacy, communication, and organizational skills
- Extensive MS Office knowledge (Advanced Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Professionalism, discrete, efficient and trustworthy
- High level inter-personal skills with a customer-focused attitude, experience of communicating with people professionally at all levels with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Thorough attention to detail with focus on delivery to tight deadlines with effective time management skills
Location
Our Peterborough office provides a comfortable working environment and collaborative culture. We offer a free breakfast and a free healthy wellbeing lunch option daily. For this role you will need to work in the office 3 days a week.
