Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Personal Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO. This is a part-time FTC for nine months, providing maternity cover, with an immediate start to ensure a smooth handover. The successful candidate will work three or four full days per week, with a hybrid and office-based working arrangement across various sites in Beaconsfield, Hemel Hempstead, and Amersham.

The CEO is engaged with multiple successful growing businesses and works closely with the Board of Directors. As the businesses grow, support from a Personal Assistant is needed to manage time and priorities, enabling the CEO to focus on high-level activities that drive the businesses forward. We seek a Personal Assistant who can coordinate and assist our CEO effectively.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys a varied, engaging, and highly efficient role.

Responsibilities
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking and distributing minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Maintaining diaries and emails, scheduling meetings, and drafting email content.
  • Arranging travel and insurance.
  • Performing general administrative tasks.
  • Managing vehicle upkeep, including servicing and insurance.
  • Organising events, including overseas trips and large conferences, monitoring budgets, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Managing ad-hoc projects, often confidential and high-profile.
  • Supporting the CEO with document production, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
  • Handling ad hoc requests as needed.
