Job description

Personal Assistant / Team Administrator (Legal)

Permanent

Theale/Home – 3 days a week in the office

We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Team Administrator to join a collaborative support function, providing support to the Legal Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Legal Executive Team (LET).

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and thrives on keeping senior stakeholders organised, focused and effectively supported. Whilst previous legal experience would be advantageous, it is not essential. More important is experience working within a wider Executive Support or Business Support team, rather than solely supporting one individual in isolation.

This is a team-focused role where collaboration is key. Alongside providing high-quality support to the Legal leadership team, you'll also contribute to wider business projects, events and team activities, providing cover and support where needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complex diary and calendar management
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas, actions and follow-ups
  • Managing travel, accommodation and logistics
  • Preparing presentations, reports and documentation
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Supporting leadership meetings and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Coordinating team events, offsites and business activities
  • Managing expenses and administrative processes
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Business Support function
About You
  • Previous experience as a PA, Team Administrator, Executive Assistant or within a Business Support function
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Experience within a legal environment is beneficial but not essential

We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked as part of a wider support team and understand the value of collaboration, flexibility and shared responsibility. This is not a standalone PA role, but an opportunity to be part of a professional support function that works together to deliver an exceptional service.
