Our client is a highly successful entrepreneur with diverse business interests and a dynamic portfolio of personal projects and commitments. To help manage their ever-evolving schedule and fast-paced working environment, they are now seeking a proactive, highly organised, and business-minded Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across both professional and personal spheres.

This is an exciting and varied role for a committed and flexible PA who thrives in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. You will be a trusted right-hand person, ensuring efficiency, discretion, and structure in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on support.

The Role:

  • Proactively manage a complex and fluid schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide high-level administrative and business support, including preparing minutes, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and personal contacts, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Oversee personal affairs, including household administration, private appointments, and travel logistics
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with financial administration, including expense tracking, invoicing, and budget management

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tech-savvy with other digital tools
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and willingness to go the extra mile
