Job summary

ENABLE Scotland is seeking Personal Assistants to support individuals across Scotland. Roles are sessional with a variety of shifts to fit different availability and lifestyles.

You will help people to achieve their goals and live the life they choose, offering compassionate and flexible support in a community setting. No prior care experience is required as Enable values your transferable skills and commitment to inclusion.

• The ability to adapt your communication style to develop successful relationships with the people we support.
