Apply at UKCIL.com. Reference: cf0bf1bf

The person is very football-oriented and an avid Sunderland fan who loves to chat about this subject. His other interests include ten-pin bowling, trains, travelling on the metro, football training, and fast-food places.

Due to learning, ADHD, and Autism disabilities, he will need help with general life skills. He can do these tasks but requires encouragement to get on buses, pay for things, and visit new places to build confidence, independence, and explore new interests. He can be challenging at times and may have meltdowns over trivial things, which are major to him. The role suits someone with experience in these areas, who is reliable, punctual, and not deterred by these challenges.

Hours /Wage
- Term time: 15 hours mainly on Thursdays & Fridays, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Non-term time: 20 hours, flexible between Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm or evenings. Hours may vary and be shared with another worker, typically 7.5 or 10 hours each per week. Hours and days from September may change based on the college rota.

Wages: £13 per hour

Duties
- Taking him on outings, playing football, encouraging life skills, and community engagement using bus passes and shopping trips.

Additional Requirements/Information
He is a good person at heart, but patience is essential. He can be demanding and may find it hard to understand at times. Experience with disabilities is preferred. A car or driving license is not essential but would be advantageous for encouraging public transport. The role may include some care responsibilities at the assistant's home, which can be discussed.
An enhanced DBS check is required; the employer will cover the cost.
