PA / Project Coordinator – London In-office, London | £40–45k + benefits | 09:30–18:00, Mon–Fri

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive PA support to Directors (diaries, inbox, timesheets).
  • Coordinate client/project meetings – from scheduling to AV/IT and travel.
  • Manage project admin: contracts, RFI’s, Architect’s Instructions.
  • Maintain consultant and client contacts and project calendars.
  • Support events, site visits, travel logistics, and wider team coordination.
  • Act as a key contact point for clients, consultants, and project teams.
  • Assist with office support, reception cover, and buddying with fellow PAs.
Requirements
  • Solid EA/PA/project support background.
  • Proven stakeholder management – confident at bringing people together, chasing information, and keeping projects on track.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and adaptable.
  • Strong communicator with a professional, approachable style.
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude and ability to juggle priorities.
  • Bonus: experience in architecture, property, construction, or consultancy.
  • Strong MS Office skills (InDesign a plus).
