We are seeking an organised, proactive, and highly efficient receptionist to provide comprehensive support to a prestigious private office in London. Our client values professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

The role involves maintaining relationships with key contacts such as venues, suppliers, and event managers, as well as assisting with property repairs and maintenance coordination.

Above all, a proactive and solutions-driven mindset is essential. The ideal candidate will be mature, approachable, and capable of maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality. You should know when to blend into the background and when to be present and visible. We are looking for someone confident, highly organised, and motivated—someone willing to go the extra mile to ensure excellence. Good written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities Will Include (but Are Not Limited To):
  • Meet and greet visitors, including high-profile guests, with confidence and warmth.
  • Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth scheduling.
  • Complete general office administration and ad hoc tasks.
  • Be confident and articulate.
Familiarity with private office environments or similar roles is required. An interest in philanthropy, art, design, and fashion would be an asset.
