Job description

I am an 18 year old girl living at home with my parents in Peebles. I am looking for someone to spend a bit of time with me to support me with social inclusion. I have been awarded 14 hours per week and already have one Personal Assistant supporting me so would like to have someone else come join the team.

I would like someone who would come out to lunch with me or out for a coffee. Someone who would be happy to spend some time with me, going shopping or if you have a car, just going for a drive.

I would ideally like someone who has experience of working with someone with mental health issues. Someone who can supervise me but also allow me the independence of an 18 year old. Someone who can think ahead and spot any potential risks or hazards. Someone who can ensure my safety at all times.

Hourly rate is £13.60 per hour and mileage rates can be discussed. Annual leave is 5.6 weeks calculated on a pro-rata basis.
