Overview

We’re seeking a highly adaptable and resourceful Personal Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to the Managing Director of Sureserve Compliance Electrical division and his senior leadership team across both professional and personal spheres. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing business priorities and confidential personal matters, ensuring the executive’s time and energy are optimised for maximum impact.

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, reports, and handle correspondence
  • Track and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support business projects, research, and document preparation
  • Manage expense reports, vendor contracts, and other administrative tasks
  • Commercial decision-making support
  • Coordinate personal appointments (medical, wellness, family, household)
  • Oversee personal and family travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations
  • Manage household staff, vendors, and service providers as needed
  • Handle personal errands such as reservations, shopping, event coordination, and gift sourcing
  • Assist with personal financial tasks (bill payments, budget tracking, reimbursements)
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel for both business and personal purposes
  • Ensure smooth logistics from flights to accommodations, transport, and agendas
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee personal and professional events
Qualifications
  • Proven practical experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role to Senior Leadership Team/MD
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling software
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, or executives
  • Experience managing both corporate tasks and lifestyle/household responsibilities
  • International travel coordination experience
  • Valid UK driving licence as regular travel between site and MD office will be required
