We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant to support autistic teenage girls with a Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profile. Ideal candidates will have either personal or professional experience, or a strong interest in working with neurodivergent children and young people.

Location: NR3, NorwichAbout the Role:Hours are flexible, with the requirement of availability after 3:30pm on weekdays during term time.Weekend and school holiday availability is a plus and offers additional flexibility for working your contracted hours.The current contract runs until March 2026, with the potential to renew annually.

Summary terms and conditions:· The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 - £13 per hour.· Hours and times of work: Flexible, 31 hours per month (contracted until March 2026, with potential for yearly renewal.)· The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks· This position requires the employee to complete the following free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety and First Aid. Post is subject to the following:· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
