We are seeking an experienced Office Executive to join our team at AIA Singapore Private Limited. This is a full-time role based in the Alexandra North Central Region. As an Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintaining website and digital marketing.
  • Maintaining and organising office records and filing systems
  • Assisting with the ordering and management of office supplies and equipment
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients to the office
  • Performing general office duties and tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office administrative or executive role
  • Experience in insurance
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
