Job Description:

I am seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to provide support both at home and in the community. I am a 31-year-old lady living independently in Nailsea and require assistance primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, with occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support at home and in the community
• Assist with managing health conditions, medication prompts, and personal care
• Help establish and maintain routines
• Support activities such as swimming, gym, and achieving personal goals
• Perform regular cleaning and small gardening tasks
• Assist with cooking and maintaining a healthy diet
• Aid with food shopping and maintaining friendships
• Care for and walk a small, older dog when needed
• Ensure a happy and fulfilled lifestyle

Requirements:

• Must be self-employed
• Must have a driving license and own car (mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile)
• Must have an affinity for animals, particularly dogs
• Ability to maintain boundaries and uphold confidentiality
• Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
• DBS check required (can be arranged)
• Prior experience and references essential
• Provide staff holiday cover where needed

Working Hours:

Between 10 and 25 hours per week, primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and occasional Saturdays.
