Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking an Administrative/Secretarial Support professional to join their team. The successful candidate will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks for the Legal services team. Aneurin Bevan University Health Board support flexible working.
Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum.
This temporary top up will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2025/26 is confirmed.

Job Overview
To provide comprehensive, professional and confidential administrative/secretarial support, prioritising and planning the workload as appropriate and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of support to the Legal services and to provide administration support for the wider team.
