We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, and Interim Chief Risk Officer. Additionally, you will serve as Investor Relations Coordinator, supporting the function's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
PA Tasks
  • Monitor and manage inboxes, prioritizing and responding as needed.
  • Manage diaries, ensuring relevant documents are attached to meetings.
  • Book facilities and organize team events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including complex itineraries.
  • Review and facilitate signing of documents.
  • Log gifts and hospitality in the Star Compliance system.
  • Ensure mandatory training is completed.
  • Organize and submit expenses for approval.
  • Coordinate IT support and manage weekly video communications.
  • Prepare agendas for monthly Finance Leadership Team meetings.
  • Assist with completing Fit and Proper assessments.
Investor Relations Tasks
  • Respond to emails in the IR inbox.
  • Organize sales meetings, investor conferences, and roadshows.
  • Maintain IR pages on the website.
  • Assist in preparing IR slides for monthly reports.
  • Take notes during investor meetings and organize biannual results presentations.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Onboard suppliers and manage tenders.
  • Assist with printing, scanning, and processing invoices.
  • Provide cover for other PAs as needed.
About You
  • Experience as a PA in a busy environment.
  • Expertise in diary and travel management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Respectful of confidentiality and privacy.
  • Flexible, mature, and team-oriented.
