Personal Assistant – Investment

Our client are a boutique investment and advisory business with a strong track record across Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Real Estate is seeking an experienced PA to join the team.The firm partners with entrepreneurs, growth companies, family offices, and institutional investors to support fundraising, capital deployment, and long-term value creation.

The Role
This is a pivotal role providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior executive.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar environment, ideally within Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Financial Services, and be comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Complex diary management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings (both internal and external)
  • Organising travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for senior executives
  • Preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and investor-facing documents
  • Managing correspondence, inboxes, and acting as a professional first point of contact
  • Supporting with meeting preparation: agendas, briefing packs, and follow-up actions
  • Assisting with project administration and ad-hoc tasks linked to investment activities
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a PA, EA, or similar role, ideally within Private Equity, Investment Banking, or related professional services
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Experience booking travel, making reservations for executives and last minute bookings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident in working independently
  • Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
