Job description

Wise May are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to join a global independent Insurance Broker based in the City to support 3 Managing Directors and their respective Divisions.

This is a part time, 9 month fixed term contract. You will be working 3 days per week (2 days in the office, 1 day remote) and the role will start in September 2025.

Personal Assistant duties and responsibilities:

  • Inbox Management.
  • Booking Travel and Transport.
  • Diary management.
  • Organising meetings and appointments.
  • Organising Events, parties and social functions.
  • Team Expenses.
  • Manage databases and filing systems.
  • Working within a team of PA's to help manage fluctuating workload.

Personal Assistant key skills and experience required:

  • Prior PA experience in a busy corporate environment.
  • Experience of organising and creating complex travel itineraries.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable and proficient in managing differing stakeholder preferences and requirements.
  • Team Player with a collaborative approach to working with a wider team of PA's.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
