Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a vital role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. Each person we support has different support needs. Your role as Support Worker may include assisting with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support, while expanding their social networks and connections.

The Best in You Brings Out the Best in Me
The people we support have many interests, hobbies, and dreams similar to ours; they often lack opportunities to experience these. A career with Enable is rewarding and diverse. Personal Assistants at their best can truly bring out the best in the people we support.
