Personal Assistant for Lady 5Hrs and 15 minutes per week @ £12.38 P/H in PE32 - King's Lynn - PE32

I am seeking a compassionate female personal assistant to provide morning support and enhance my well-being and comfort. As someone experiencing chronic insomnia and fatigue, I require assistance with my morning routine and daily tasks.

Location: PE 32

Job Description:

1. Assisting with personal hygiene and care, including hair care, showering, and other morning routines.
2. Supporting with light housekeeping tasks such as washing up, hoovering, and ironing.
3. Assisting with online shopping orders and occasionally helping to store groceries.
4. Providing support with short walks if required in the future.
5. Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested to support my daily comfort and well-being.

Person Specification

Essential:

1. A calming, reassuring, and caring nature with patience and empathy.
2. Understanding of the need for confidentiality in all aspects of the role, with complete respect for my privacy.
3. Must be female due to personal care requirements.

Desirable:

1. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate my individual's needs.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Summary Terms and Conditions

1. The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 per hour.
2. Hours and times of work: 5 hours and 15 minutes PA support hours per week, Time discussed further at interview. Ideally starting at 8:00 AM (no later than 9:00 AM).
3. The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
4. Free Care Skills training is provided to employed staff.

Post Requirements

1. A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
2. Satisfactory references from two referees, one of whom must be your current or last employer.
3. Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.

If this position requires any of the following, the employee will be required to complete free annual training.
