Personal Assistant for Children and Young People Care Group (WCYP)

We have an excellent opportunity available for someone who wants to enhance and develop their PA skills.

The role is a band 4 Care Group PA role supporting a passionate team of Senior Management and colleagues. The administrative team is a small team who work together to provide that flawless support to Senior Management and it would be great to have you as part of the team.

Main duties of the job

The core focus of the role is providing meeting support to the Care Group; this includes preparing agenda's, taking live minutes, coordination of the action log and ensuring these are followed up within the required timeframe. Providing meeting support will give you great insight into the day-to-day running of our Care Group, support you in understanding the business needs and give you the background information needed to provide our extremely busy Care Group with the admin support they require.

In addition to this you will be dealing with Business World, Health Roster, setting up WebEx's, managing inboxes, diary management, formatting documents etc.
