R is a six year old boy, and is a fun, energetic and adventurous 'cheeky chappie' with Autism (ASD) and ADHD who loves being outdoors, exploring new places and taking part in sensory-rich activities such as theme parks, playgrounds and trampolining. He can sometimes become overwhelmed, overexcited or frustrated, which may lead to challenging behaviour. The successful PA will support him to safely access the activities he enjoys, build confidence and have positive experiences in the community. R enjoys watching television, particularly ITV programmes, Mr Bean, and The Hulk.
