Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. is seeking Personal Assistants to support a gentleman in the Stockton-on-Tees area. The role involves 24-hour shift coverage (8am-8am) with some 12-hour splits and flexible relief work. Pay is £15 per hour, with £15.50 for senior positions, and roles are part-time.

Successful applicants will provide compassionate, person-centred support to help him access community activities, maintain independence, and participate in social events. DBS and driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities.
• Ability to support individuals with low mood.
• Experience with Down's syndrome is desirable.
• Ability to handle challenging behaviours calmly and professionally.
