Job Reference: (b09ba) I’m a mom living with my three wonderful children and our lovable pet dog. I am looking for a personal assistant to help with cleaning and general housekeeping tasks. This role involves assisting with keeping the home clean and providing companionship.

Responsibilities:

1. Performing household tasks like cleaning, washing, laundry, etc.
2. Assist with general housekeeping tasks.
3. Assisting with school runs when needed.
4. Help and support in and around the house.
5. Any other reasonable duties as requested.

Person Specification:

Essential:

1. Comfortable with dogs.
2. Full UK driving license holder with appropriate business insurance cover.
3. The ideal candidate would require calming, reassuring, caring, and patience.
4. Must have an understanding of the need for confidentiality in all areas of work, including total respect for privacy.

Desirable:

1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the individual's needs.

Summary Terms and Conditions:

The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per hour.

Hours and times of work: 10 hours per week. Monday to Friday morning: 07:00 – 09:00 or 09:00 - 11:00.

The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.

Free Care Skills training is provided to employed staff.

The post is subject to the following:

1. A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
2. Satisfactory references from two referees, one of whom must be your current or last employer.
3. Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
