Job Description

As the PA you will be responsible for:



Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to senior team members.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare and organise reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, including booking venues and handling all related logistics.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Handle incoming communications and respond or redirect as appropriate.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc duties and projects when required.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

The successful PA should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
