Personal Assistant - Financial Services

Hybrid working 2-3 days, fantastic city office 9-5pm

£44k + bonus and benefits (which include on-site gym and canteen, 9% pension)

Fantastic newly created PA role for a dynamic investment and wealth management firm in the city. In this exciting new role, you will act as PA to two super CIOs who are so busy they need help getting organised! It’s a super team who really collaborate, and the PA needs to be able to come in and manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings, and assist with research documentation. Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is hugely advantageous.

Duties to include:

  1. Manage Co-CIOs to ensure deadlines are met by assessing and establishing priority tasks, allocating appropriate time for action, and providing briefings/summary information in advance.
  2. Diary management – managing conflicting demands, recognising the importance and relevance of meetings, and the ability to prioritise.
  3. Drafting reports and presentations for internal and external audiences, collating contributions from direct reports and other submitters.
  4. Carry out research into specific areas, for example, helping with due diligence into new initiatives.
  5. Provide a range of administrative support services including creating and maintaining management information, spreadsheets, databases, project updates, and SharePoint pages.
  6. Arranging travel schedules including all material for trips.
  7. Client and project management.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience working in a similar role in Financial Services, the Investment or Wealth Management industry.
  2. Extensive experience of diary and meeting management.
  3. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
