A leading company in Cardiff is looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Head of Financial and Actuarial Risk and the broader leadership team. This part-time role involves managing diaries, organising meetings, and coordinating travel, providing key support to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, experience in supporting senior leaders, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

The role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence. You’ll be a key enabler for the team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the delivery of key initiatives.
Working Pattern
This is a part-time vacancy (3 days per week) with the potential to increase to full-time in the future, depending on business needs.
