The Exec Admin team is a high-performing, established group of Admin professionals supporting Board level executives, including the Corporate Admin Support Team (CAST).
We have an exciting, challenging PA role within our Corporate Exec Admin team, supporting the Chief Nursing Officer and Deputy. This is a full-time position. The team works on a planned hybrid rota, with flexibility to attend the office sometimes at short notice.
We seek an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with excellent communication, keyboard, and MS Office skills. The ideal candidate will have NHS or similar large organization experience, providing senior-level PA support.
The PA will offer comprehensive administrative and organizational support to an executive or executives within the Executive Group, maintaining confidentiality, diplomacy, and sensitivity.
As part of the RDaSH Executive Admin Team within the Corporate Assurance Directorate, the PA will ensure efficient, effective, and consistent support services, processes, and procedures for the overall Executive Group.
The candidate should have at least four years of secretarial experience, working to high standards in document production, grammar, spelling, and formatting, adhering to RDaSH house style.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, a team player, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
