Job summary

Disability North in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a warm, reliable Personal Assistant to provide 1:1 support for Darren, a 14-year-old autistic boy. The role involves engaging him in his favourite activities while ensuring his safety and wellbeing.

Hours are 3.5 hours every other Saturday (term time) plus 10 hours per week in school holidays; rate £14.00 per hour. A full UK driving licence and use of your own car are essential to transport Darren.

Darren travels best in the car so a driver's licence and use of your own car to transport Darren is needed.
