We are a manufacturer of aluminium windows and doors dedicated to delivering high-quality products for residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our team in our office in St Lawrence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries from clients and suppliers.
- Arrange and monitor orders and transports.
- Assist with preparing reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
