This is a vital role where your efficiency, discretion, and professionalism will directly contribute to the delivery of life-changing support for children, young people, and families in our community.
The Role
The successful candidate will be working within the Children and Family Wellbeing Directorate and responsible for a vast range of support, such as complex diary management and the organisation of meetings, dealing with correspondence on behalf of the Assistant Director/Director, and responding to enquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and multitasking skills and be able to work in a confidential, diplomatic and self-motivated manner. You will also display a strong team working ethic and have high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience working in a customer focussed environment and within children’s services is crucial, as well as the ability to liaise and communicate at all levels, for example with members, senior managers, partner organisations and members of the public.
